I want to say Jacob is the best, every time I come, he gives the best customer service and he comforts you, by being honest on what repairs will run. In my opinion, I think Jacob should be a manager, he is so talented and knows what he is talking about. If I was in the market to buy a vehicle, I would only buy, if Jacob was my salesman. My car was dropped off for Justin who was amazing. He notified me of having my car and evaluation. I then get a call from a male who did not identify himself until I asked. His name was Robert a manager who states my car has a transmission issue and it will be 6400.00 put the door I go to pick up my car and a rep helped me when I walked in - I said Robert was caring for my car. The rep said this is Robert - Robert said papers are on Justin’s desk. Not a thank you for your service, how are you, glad we were able to fix it. If this Person Robert is a manager he should take lessons from his staff on customer service..

I felt that 3 hours was too long to have four tires put on my car. Plus you do not provide a loaner to drive which I thought was unprofessional especially with a three hour appointment.

I normally have a positive experience but I was a little taken back when I was charged $70.00+ dollars to replace a bulb in my tail light needed to pass inspection. Lesson learned to do those things myself before taking it in and letting the dealership do it.

Thanks for your message. We are not satisfied at all, and as a result our family will never purchase a GM vehicle again. Our Yukon had only around 30,000 miles and is less than three years old. Despite how new the vehicle is, the transmission failed in early April. (Note: Although your email claims that the service was on 6/30/25, the entire ordeal went continuously from early April to the end of June). We immediately took it to our dealer’s service department for repair under the warranty. The transmission was not replaced for over two months. During that time, the Yukon was not drivable, so it sat at the service center, and we were not able to use it for the various trips and projects we purchased a vehicle of that size for. We were told that the reason for this delay was that GM did not authorize providing a new transmission under the warranty for about two months, although the repair was clearly covered by the warranty. In other words, GM’s strategy was to delay and be as uncooperative as possible. Eventually, we were able to get the repair completed by filing a complaint with the BBB and threatening a lawsuit. I believe that if we had not taken those measures, we would still be waiting for our Yukon to be repaired. The “customer service” representative that GM assigned to this project merely pretended to help. She accomplished nothing and eventually stopped returning our calls. We did not hear from customer service again until after we solved the problem ourselves and GM knew that there was nothing for them to do. We were grateful to have our Yukon back but suspect that has more to do with our BBB complaint and threats of litigation. We have nothing good to say about GM or its products, and in particular about its customer service department or its business ethics. GM may “appreciate our business” at the beginning when it is taking our money for a substandard product. However, it would not be correct to say GM appreciates our business when it needs to deal with the consequences of selling deficient vehicles. We reserve all legal rights. Sincerely,

My vehicle had an issue with a fuel module that left me stranded 300 miles from home. Liberty Buick GMC went above and beyond and got me taken care of so I could get back home with a loaner vehicle. The staff even stayed a little later past closing for me to arrive on a tow truck. One of the employees also helped me load my dog kennels on the back of the loaner truck and made sure i was comfortable before leaving. They had my vehicle fixed the following day. I am beyond thankful.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, had a $20 coupon to bring in a vehicle other than one bought at Liberty When I checked out my they did not rotate the tires, didn't apply the $20 coupon until I asked about it. Also beforethe discount the bill was $123 high for just an oil change. Also they say they did a 27 point inspection which they didnt do because one tire had 27# of air when I took it in and 27# when I got it back. So needless to say I was not very happy or impressed with the service and will not bring my truck there sgain

I came in for an oil change/tire rotation that I've done for years. Jacob had left so I ended up with a differnt guy checking me in. I went to wait room and sat an hour then went to check to see if it was completed like he said. Usually Jacob had come through once telling me it was almost finished did I want the free car wash which I sometimes waited for and other times not. No one had come by so I checked and the guy (name might be Brandon) said give him 5 minutes so I went back inside with cashier. Around 5-6 minutes later I stepped outside to see and he handed me the key fob and paperwork so went in to pay but as I noticed the price was more than usual I made comment about the price going up a lot. When I questioned it Katy said did you buy your tires here and I said yes. So although I thought that would have been on the computer with my records he had charged me for tire rotation. I never had to remind Jacob and I know he saw many coustomers throughout his years so I feel certain it is somewhere on the computer. He redid it and still when Katy got paperwork back there was still something not right because she handed it back to him so finally I got paperwork and signed and left. Katy thanked me for my patience but the guy didn't apologize for mistake or thank me or anything. (I think perhaps he needs more training in dealing with People before being put on floor). Got home and looked at it and the labor was 38.92, parts 69,95 with total of 123.77. I decided to call the dealorship this morning and check on price of oil change and was told 108. before I completed this survery so I'm not sure why the difference because I asked if this included labor. I've always previously been very satisfied with my service but this time really makes me unsure. You can publish if you want but I doubt you would. The only reason I gave for the 2 was the calm helpful way Katy dealt with the issue otherwise it would have been 1 or less. I might have even given a 3 if the guy had somehow acknowledged the confusion and charging for something that was to be free. My oil was changed and I assume tires rotated but I really don't know for sure. I honestly came home thinking should I go somewhere else next time.

While making my appointment, I was informed that my normal Service Representative was no longer employed there. Upon arrival, there was confusion as to was to be my assigned service representative. Next, after the completion of my service, costing over $670, while driving home, I tested my windshield wiper fluid only to find out that the reservoir was bone dry. I contacted the assigned service representative to express my disappointment. He suggested that I return back to the dealership to have it filled. I explained that for me to return was not time wise or economically sound. I requested a credit or voucher for my next service. The gentleman, Brandon explained that he was not authorized to grant my request. This incident gives me cause to pause as to what other portion of my service was overlooked, ie, was my fluids really check and or replenished, where my spark plugs actually replaced. This was not a good experience.

The staff is not as friendly with doing the bare minimal. I was there to have my oil changed and tires rotated. They did not rest the information in the vehicle. They did not provide the 21 pt inspection. I had to ask if the fluids were topped off…there were no updates provided about my vehicle. I am unsure if I will come back. I purchased my vehicle from this location in 2010 and it’s disheartening how things have changed.

I brought my diesel truck to Liberty GMC for what was clearly an air leak in the turbo system. From the start, I was told there would be a $180 diagnostic fee to identify the issue — which I agreed to. After two days, they came back saying I needed a new fuel filter and mass airflow sensor for $750. I immediately told them this was not the issue, since the MAF code was triggered because of the air leak, not the cause of it. I even provided videos showing the exact noise. A week later, they claimed the sound was caused by the hood intake grate and cited a TSB — but that TSB only applies to a whistling noise at high speeds. My noise occurs at all speeds, something they would have noticed if they’d simply taken the truck for a proper test drive. Despite all this, they kept insisting I needed a new air filter and MAF sensor — clearly trying to sell unnecessary parts instead of actually diagnosing the problem. When I told them I’d lost confidence in their ability to work on a diesel engine and would be picking up my truck, they still charged the full diagnostic fee, even though they didn’t diagnose anything correctly. To make matters worse, when I picked it up, my truck had engine coolant sprayed all down the side, which they didn’t even bother to clean or explain. I would never recommend Liberty GMC to anyone needing serious mechanical work — especially diesel owners. They wasted a week of my time, misdiagnosed the problem, and handed back my truck in worse condition than when I dropped it off.

Well, I had my car in for service a while back because I was going away on a trip and I had them check everything out. They said everything is good but I needed a tire cause I had a nail in it so I replaced the tire and went on my trip and on the way home from my trip sensor came on stating service my tire indicator so it took another week till I got into for service but in the meantime, my car wouldn’t start and here my battery was that week. It could not start my car and this was two weeks after I had it in to have everything checked so at this point, I took it back to the dealer to get the indicator light fixed for the tire and it cost me another hundred and some dollars to fix that and at this point I think I’m gonna find somewhere else to take my vehicle because when I ask them to check things, they don’t check what I asked them to do and I feel that when your servicing a car to go off on a trip, you should always check your battery strength in life and it could’ve left me sit on my trip fortunately it did not, but it did let me sit at work so at this point, I think I need to leave going to the dealership and spending lots of money every time I go for Everything And find somewhere else to get my vehicle serviced

I made an appointment, and when we arrived with the truck and trailer, they were very accommodating and helpful. We told them that we were in a kind of a hurry because we needed the truck later on that day. It didn't take them long to conduct the analysis and determine what was wrong, and it wasn't with the truck but with the trailer connection. Fortunately, no repairs needed to be done, so we were still able to make our commitments later that day.

I took my truck in on September 30 for an oil leak in new tires. The oil leak was a warranty issue and they said it was about 10 hours of labor. It took them 10 days to complete the warranty repair and put the new tires on. When I went to pick up the truck, they said one of the tires was low on air so they put some air in it and gave it to me. On the way home I noticed a vibration once I got on the highway. The next morning that tire was flat, so I aired it up and took it back in. They said the valve stem was loose in the tire weight was loose, so they fix both things. I drove home and it was still vibrating on the freeway so I took it back in again the next day. They were nice enough to give me a loaner car while they had it a few more days. They said their tire balance machine was not working properly and they needed to get it repaired. I picked it up again yesterday, day 24, and while drove at home still felt the vibration. So I went right back and took the service manager for a ride. At first, he said he didn’t feel anything even though I can clearly feel vibration. Finally, he admitted that he could feel it and he thought he knew what it could be. So they gave me the loaner again, which I am driving right now, day 25 of this repair I really hope they can figure this out. I wish they could just put my old tires back on because it drove as smooth as any truck I’ve ever had. I love my Denali and I expected to drive like it did before I got the tires replaced. feeling very frustrated

... car towed in on Saturday, ... was not repaired until that Thursday, was not kept informed about repairs, no loaner car - there was a time when I could get a loaner, now there is never one available - so, I had to rent a car for six day, which added another layer of cost on top of the repair cost. ( The car was just in the shop in August.) ... car not even washed, not a good or positive experience!

It was my first time going to Liberty for a repair. They were able to determine that my repair may be needed because of something a previous repair shop did. They contacted that repair shop for me to explain. That repair shop requested that I bring my car back to them so that they could fix it in case it was something that they had previously done wrong. Scott at Liberty was very helpful and very friendly, as was everyone else that I came in contact with. I did not end up getting my car repaired with Liberty, but I will consider them for future repairs because of the great customer service they showed.
